I spent a couple of hours with a colleague today having a coffee then going shopping in our local area to a little farmers market, fair trade shops and shops with natural skin care products. With vegan tendencies, he was delighted to find so many vegan products were available in Cairo.

Then a lazy night on the sofa, a rare treat.

The painted ceiling was spotted in a fair trade shop which has beautiful products. I think I've photographed it or admired it before but I'm not sure.
