Shallots

Have spent the morning in my idea of heaven aka The Greenhouse. This hasn't been the best of seasons for any crop but I get such a kick out of harvesting anything. I will spend some time this afternoon cleaning these beautiful shallotts whilst catching up with The Archers (an everyday story of countryfolk!) on the radio enjoying the glorious autumn weather.
