Told my team and colleagues today that I have a new job.

After 12 years, at a place where I have been proud and happy to work, it felt quite emotional.

The new opportunity couldn't be missed though, the chance to work with more smart, lovely folk who care about changing the world.

With this, and a new house to come, things are changing and its an exciting time.
