Winter Gold....

This maple tree in our garden is dropping its beautiful golden leaves...
I did something stupid today. I've been congratulating myself on enjoying weeks free of lower back pain. Until this morning when I washed the kitchen floor on my hands and knees. I should have used the usual mop. So I am back to heated wheat sacks and emergency back exercises to ease the pain. I'm really annoyed with myself.
