Kohlrabi galore

A spectacular find at the farmer's market today, a kohlrabi as big as my head. Knowing my love for this vegetable, the farmer gave it to me as a present. I was concerned it would be fiberous, but it is not.

When I was a kid, this was one of the veggies I loved most. Still do.
