Handful

Head count of cygnets on the estate is 8....my family favorites only seem to have produced 2 and as far as I can see no predation.   This family have 6 healthy youngsters.   Remarkably they have moved homes roughly half a mile down from a pond where they started out.  I have no idea how they did but the other pond also had goslings and Mr Swan and Mr Goose didn't seem overly happy with each others company.

Three mile run and a row around Craigleith taking in the wonderful seabirds  which North Berwick has to offer.  I will sleep well tonight.
