Eat at Andy's

A long lie - in, a pootle about the house, a delicious roast beef lunch at EAT at the Castle in Castletownsend, a friend of mine's new venture. I was delighted for him that the place was packed.  And the food was excellent. 

Came home and put my feet up. 

Like everyone else I am shocked and upset by the news from London last night and this morning. Words fail me. 

Missing Freddie a bit by now. Apparently he enjoyed the birthday party yesterday and has today been to a jazz festival .  
Am meeting them in the city tomorrow.
