Pinks

We had a visit from Ladypop on Thursday evening. On a short West coast holiday, Ladypop had travelled up from Glasgow airport on Wednesday, then came down to Campbeltown on Thursday in the rain.
This evening we collected Ladypop from her hotel and went for a drive down to Southend and had a walk along Carskey beach. Then we drove up to Westport to watch the beginnings of the sunset over Islay and Jura. We were very glad that she had had a dry and sunny day after all the rain.
The pinks at Westport are beginning to go over but still looked pretty in the evening light :-)
