Is this a bandstand?

When a mate offers to come to your end of town and then you wait for them in completely the wrong place and then you realise that what you thought was a bandstand, probably isn't... of course it isn't and come to think of it you do know where the bandstand is.
So, at the third attempt, managed to meet up with D. Lovely.
