Chariots 2017.

West Sands, St Andrews. Location of the infamous scene from 1981 film Chariots of Fire. Annual 5k run. Hundreds participate wearing white running kit as per the story. Some run barefoot or in plimsolls. I'm told a few of the runners from the film are amongst the older participants. A great spectacle.
