The Last of the Greats

This is one of my favourite shots for so many reasons, My Grandad introduced me to these amazing machines, the sound, grace, history and the bravery of the people who flew them, my grandad was too young to fly in the second ww, but he did fly in the Lancasters smaller Brother the Halifax, I'm sure he would have loved this shot. The picture was taken at the wings and wheels show at Dunsfold, another good day out! Enjoy!
