Birthday celebrations

We spent the afternoon with these lovely peeps,  to celebrate  our pal Heather's 50th (not officially until Thursday) Birthday... 

Food, fizz, tea, cake, balloons in the shape of fruit... a bit of retro music and novelty straws with pineapples and flamingos... not to mention the giggles... a lovely celebration and some much needed light relief at the moment... 

Plus little un was spoilt by everyone,  and my plan to get her in pyjamas and teeth cleaned, ready for the drive home, worked like a treat... spark out in the car at her usual bedtime, transferred to bed,  and looking cosy :-)
