Damp

Rain on the window of the 1702 departure from Platform 3. Got soaked after my latest visit to see my Dad (increasingly frail and losing weight, it seems). Dampened my already dampened spirits....

Dad seems slower, more slurred, and also to have shrunk. He seemed a bit down too. The care home manager expressed some concern at my Dad's weight loss. He has apparently lost 8.5kg since he first arrived (he is only eating breakfast and lunch, declining an evening snack).
