In Pézenas this morning for chores followed by wandering around the old town taking photos and having a salad lunch with the tourists.

My summer events set has been reviewed by the Guardian Camera Club - here - not as well as some of the other sets I've submitted. It's given me lots to think about when photographing events, something that I don't do very often (partly because it's difficult to get round the privacy laws in France) and I was interested to see that the reviewer liked my more impressionist shots. This month's assignment, should anyone want to join in, is 'framing' - hence my interest in all the scenes reflected in windows when I was in Pézenas today.
