A basket of ... some sort of flower?

Had a spare cake from the weekend, so decided to make it up for Mel, the amazing physio therapist who has so kindly treated me for free.

I tried my new Russian icing tip. They're all the rage at the moment. And I think the result is not bad! Hope she likes it.
