Restoration

Mrs F, Mum and Sis were doing a bit of retail therapy today so after dropping them off at the shop I took a little trip up to the opencast site to see what changes there were.  Restoration is moving on at quite a pace and the place is really starting to look normal again.  This is the view of what used to be one of the settling ponds.  It has now been landscaped with reeds, trees and plants to make a little lake for the local wildlife.
