Hong Ling: Spring Peach Blossom (2002)

I had a bit of time to kill in Bath so wandered into the Museum of East Asian Art, which had a terrific exhibition of paintings by Chinese artist Hong Ling. I'd never heard of him but he seems to have painted in many styles (he still paints), often blending western approaches with eastern. I loved his large colourful Impressionist-like canvases.The exhibition is on until 2 July 2017 if anyone's interested.
