Nether Lairgie

I was in Kilmartin for most of the morning , chairing the Landowners Group established by the museum.

The Glen is always fascinating and always has something different to photograph.  These are  some of the Nether Largie Standing Stones which sit in an X shaped formation and  which, some have postulated, form a highly sophisticated lunar observatory (though others strongly disagree).
