Long Tailed Tit Tails

Headed home today  but got up early (before they'd unlocked the hotel door) to climb Craigellachie hill for the fantastic view of the Cairngorms and surrounding valley. On the way down I came across about 15 juvenile long tailed  tits flitting about in a tree. This is one small group of them, they look like little bandits with that eye stripe.
A bit of a cramped journey back to Perth, the train was jam-packed. Hubby picked me up from the station and when we got home we discovered that the celebratory cake he had brought me had been discovered and consumed by Buster the cat. What sort of a cat eats cake?!
