Dull

A dull day today. Got called in for a mornings work so by lunchtime I was home again. The plan was to get my 10,000 steps in via a trip to the haven but my tummy had other ideas. It didn't like lunch and so had to stay near the bathroom all afternoon! I had resigned myself to failing on the steps count (trying to do 10,000 every day of June for Cancer Research)
I did however decide to risk a walk before tea. I kept walking around the block so I was close to home! And have managed the 10,000.
