Contrasts

Today started and finished very dull and wet, but luckily there was some light and shade in between. There was a modicum of sunshine, including when I walked across the park this morning, and some very heavy showers in the afternoon. Now it's resolved itself into something dark and dreich. I'm jolly glad I'm not out in it.

Very little to be said about today. One of those days when I stay home and write - although not quite as successfully as I would have liked. I shovelled a few emails too.
