Bright Young Lady

Sam is slowly but surely compiling her list of what she needs and/or would like to take with her.
Today it was her accommodation deposit plus the first terms rent, not something I'd anticipated but hey ho that's what 'Bank of Dad' does.
The change in her over the last few months is remarkable, soaring confidence in herself and her abilities, has meant that there is little that fazes her.
She will love Uni.
Josh and I completed the work in the rugby club in quick order this evening. If I'm to charge for future work I need to guesstimate the time it's going to take more accurately.
