Cowley People

These hoardings are next door to where I used to work in Cowley. Its a development site owned now by said organisation and is decorated with portraits of local people.

I was in the area for a meeting with the Director of Public Health! Wasn't sure he knew who I was when I was invited (he might have chosen someone higher up the food chain) but it was good to get housing on the map.
