Chorizo

In the world of Fitbit, it's not uncommon to approach the evening weighing up the steps you have left to do against the free time you have and the routes that are available to you. Free time wasn't a problem for the Minx and me, this evening, and we had roughly the same number of steps to do, which could be catered for by one of of our favoured routes around Chorley and that would take us back through the town on the return leg.

On this walk, when we get into Chorley town centre, ometimes we'll stop at the Shepherds' Hall Ale House or the Ale Station, other times we might go for a bite to eat. But then, this evening, the Minx suggested we pop into Booths, make our own tapas, and watch the rest of 'Ex Machina', a film that my friend, Bob, gave me last year but which I've only just got 'round to watching.

And so we spent a very pleasant evening on the sofa, grazing on tapas and enjoying the rest of what has turned out to be a very good film. (Thanks, Bob!)
