Kangaroo's paw

For Tiny Tuesday with thanks to our host Isbi, who has set a theme of Flora for today's Tiny Tuesday. This branch of Anigozanthos or Kangaroo's paw is part of the fortnightly bouquet with special flowers. It's not something you will see regularly in Dutch flower shops, in fact this is the first time I've seen one over here. Love all the hairiness and those protruding stamens.

Thanks so much for your kind comments and stars on yesterday's personal story about my weird pseudo-dual nationality. Maybe Brexit will be good for something after all and I can get it sorted after that ! As for the cuteness, I'm afraid that's all in the past, I am most certainly not photogenic anymore ;-)
