Blowing in the Wind

Not a good day for blips of flora today, the gusts are strong enough to move our bird feeder and its heavy cast iron base. I took over two dozen shots of this flower and even at 1/1000 only two were anywhere near sharp. I've no idea what it is, it's tiny, the whole flower head is only 1.5 cm across and growing like a weed through our lawn. Thanks to Isbi for this month's TT challenges.
