Should really know my blipping onions by now - and realise that waiting until 7pm to find a blip is not a good idea - this is a quick one taken whilst preparing tea - beef stroganoff

Since returning home from Pilates - have stayed inside - reading The Couple Next Door by Shari Lapena - weather not conducive to going back outside
