Whilst many people were dealing with a sore head, and even sorer skin. Shallot Katie and I went for an easy jog towards Holme Fell. I knew of Cathedral Cavern thanks to RetiredDBA. Well worth a visit for the spectacular old quarries. We continued up Holme Fell passing a tarn full of thousands of tadpoles.
