TAFC

The girls of Teddington Athletic Football Club getting a pep talk from the coach. Last time I saw her she was in a track suit, tonight she was wearing business clothes. I've been told she is an ex-French international player but even so I was surprised and impressed to see her hoof the ball up the pitch in those pointy-toe kitten heels she was wearing! It was Betsy's third time playing with the team and she scored so she was happy.

While she trained I went for a run along the towpath by the river. It was lovely and shady and I did better than last week in the hot sunshine! I've started running without music recently. I got into some really negative thought patterns whilst running this year and I'm trying to break them. I'm looking forward to having music again one day but in the mean time it is helping me change my thought patterns which is good.
