Vietnamese Pork with Lemon Grass...

Well, went out and got a blip witha walk into town tonight after work. But tonight's curry was awesome so it' meritted a blip... granted I took the photo before we tasted it, just in case. It was very colourful. Anyway, it was exceptional and I'd heartily recommend it. I'm not sure we had the right side dishes with yellow rice and peas and green peppers with mustard seed. Super tasty pork though.
