In His Element

Well the rain went away today but it was still blowing a hoolie out there so I was on my knees cleaning the bathroom floor in the morning, amongst other household-related jobs. 

Thankfully, before housemaid's knee developed (!) we had a very welcome visitor for lunch, Mr John.  It was good to catch up and then get some exercise and very fresh air on a circuit of Bingley St Ives, stopping off to feed the cygnets and parents.
