Iris bud...

...next to an already flowering one! I went outside this morning and was surprised to see so many of my irises blooming--I'd known they had buds, but didn't expect them to open quite so quickly! 
Meanwhile those blasted squirrels dug up my planters again, and I found 2 of my gerbera daisies totally out of the dirt and laying on their sides! I replanted them, but they look pretty wilted so I don't know if they can be resuscitated! I'll have to research it and see if there's some kind of squirrel repellent to keep them out of the planters! :((
