Plucky opportunists
This pair were flowering their socks off, growing beside a gatepost in Hilltop at Wisley - previously the site of the old glasshouse, then various mazes and meadows. The poppy and corn chamomile relics of its last incarnation. It's now being used as a holding area for various new garden projects before construction begins of the new all singing all dancing Hilltop building part of which will be Seed's new home.
Fruitcake cat allowed out experimentally this afternoon. Shortly afterwards then spotted sprinting down the garden with a baby rat in her mouth. She really CANNOT be trusted. I suppose I should be pleased that she's keeping the rodent population down but I still hate it when another creature of any description succumbs to her hunting instincts.
