Hope - abstract Thursday

We had our conservatory roof attended to at last having been unable to get workmen interested. There was quite a garden growing just below roof tiles (nothing to do with me) and a full bucket was brought down. The chap got soaked in the one heavy shower of the day, he was also hosing down.
We also had two glass panels replaced. We were pleased with the work and how it was carried out efficiently and with pleasantness. Why does it take so long to find the good workmen?
