The empty chair....

My lovely friend Kate came with me to the home to collect the last of Mum's things.... I saw some of the staff who I hadn't seen and there were quite a few tears shed.

Kate is going to take Mum's chair tomorrow for her dad which is nice.

After a coffee with Max Kate and I went to the charity shop with Mum's old clothes and lots of Kate's stuff too, then to Tescos and then to vote.

Max and I spent quite a bit of time finishing the Order of Service for the funeral which has now been sent to the printer. Then I finished my speech, spoke to the caterers, finalised the versions of the music we want played.... all so emotionally draining...
