What a miserable day.

Fortunately I spent most of today inside. I was on a one day emergency first aid course. It was actually very interesting and relative to my work. Here's hoping I don't need to use it ever.

Just packing for a weekend away with the girls. Hill walking and cycling in the Highlands of Scotland. Forecast isn't all that great :(
