Mere Sands Wood

After the high of yesterday, a photographic low today.

The Man had a meeting near Ormskirk so The Bro-in-Law and I went down with him and visited the Mere Sands Wood Nature reserve. This was the place where I blipped my first kingfisher. Hardly a bird in sight today and not a lot of time to look.

A very enjoyable day, nevertheless with coffee at a garden centre and the purchase of a plant. More of that to come!
