Lilies

began opening  up yesterday so the garden is beginning to look colourful.They are beneath a tree I planted 21 years ago. The white flowers are falling like snow so make a mess.I hadn't seen many bees this year but the tree is alive with them now. When I went to look at the lilies 3 bees were lying on the ground looking unwell. I put each one on a leaf and added some sugar and water.after a drink 2 of them flew off but the other one died. I love bees.
