Smoo Who?

Our second day of the road trip started with a trip to the John Lennon memorial (he'd written a song about Durness during a visit there). Then it was off to the fab Smoo caves for an explore. A very choppy ferry and we arrived in Orkney in the afternoon. We got our land legs back with a wander around Stromness and a trip to the Pier Arts Centre. Then we headed off to find the cottage C's folks were staying in. A fun night of catching up and admiring the amazing views.
