Writing it down

OK, so I've not had the best time at work over the past few years. Today I wrote things down (again) to try to find some perspective. The photo is one of the things I wrote & find really difficult to come to terms with. Reality is they don't care enough to enable me to stay in a job I'm good at & enjoy. No matter how much I give them, they'll never give back. I hate that, makes me feel meaningless. Selfishly looking after no. 1 has never been my priority or motivation. Changing my mindset is hard, & it appears, sadly necessary.
