Elevated Trash

This is a really intriguing wall in front of a building in downtown Bellingham. It has a swath of colored glass bottle bottoms in a wave-like pattern embedded in the concrete. My guess is that the light shining through the glass is more intense when viewed from inside because the wall is too close to the building for the sun to hit it at the right angle, but there are still flashes of color when seen from the street. I may have to take a stab at getting inside on some pretense so I can check it out. I'm always intrigued when trash is actually turned into something unique by someone who has some imagination.
