Hooray for Some Sunshine

A session of Pilates and a walk to and from the gym kick started the day.

This afternoon on a local walk it was good to see the butterflies putting in an appearance. However the star of the show was this Thrush as we returned home along side of Pickering Beck.

It even posed for the camera.
