Deja vu

Horrendous night being very 'unwell' meant that I didn't venture far today and I made the difficult decision to pull out of an event I was due to work at in Nottingham tomorrow. I hate letting people down but I'm simply not well enough. I hope that after a day in bed I'm over the worst now.

Good news in our constituency and plenty to ponder over on a national scale.
