Cake Decorator I Am Not

I have had this silicone cake pan for over a year and decided to use it today (since we are celebrating 2 birthdays tomorrow).  I looked far and wide on the internet to figure out how full to fill the separate petals.  I finally decided on 2/3 full.  TOO MUCH.  And then, the icing was thick and difficult to spread.  I may go back to pans of brownies.  Or chocolate chip cookies.  I am really good at those.  I just realized that this counts for Flower Friday. :)
