It's not Whiskey

Last week when we walked the WHW we met folk from Seattle and we encouraged them to visit Orkney.  Today they called our bluff,

Bill was anxious to try some whisky (which he kept mis-spelling).  After a mid-afternoon session Bill tried to put on his jacket and couldn’t understand why it wouldn’t fit.  His wife could - it was her jacket.  Yellow cards all round.

CMC and myself went across to Hoy to cool down at an 80th birthday party - we are just back off the last boat.

It was good to see Billy Budge perform ‘Rootin’ aboot in the Heather’.  He should be Glastonbury Mainstage.
