Making salsa.......

......because I seem to have a surfeit of peppers (other colours are available) sitting in the veggie bowl.....the slightly wrinkly ones are already roasting in the oven dribbled with olive oil, salt and some chilli flakes, they might end up as some sort of ketchup if I've got a tin of chopped tomatoes in the cupboard......and if I can be arsed.......
