Notes: Up and went for a very stiff jog. Headed out around 1030a, stopped at St A's office for Rays parking pass and then on to airport. Mic in a bit early and headed downtown for great lunch at Bella Brava. Back to beach for little sun time and then back downtown for Rays game. Great day - we were both exhausted!
