New life

We managed a short walk this afternoon after sleeping for 12 hours last night. I am leading a beginner's walk next Friday and I wanted to look at an alternative route back. It was far too overgrown to take novice walkers so back to the drawing board. We got in just as the rain started, just a gentle shower.
I was pleased to see the swans have had two little cygnets, I hope the mink doesn't catch them.
