Lonely Drake.

Mallard ducks can normally be found on the brae.There is only one pair of duck and drake, which had ten ducklings (at first) but there were only four last time I saw them. There are four solitary drakes and this fellow who is always on his own, often a long way from its others . He was alone on the bank and stayed put when I got near so I managed to get his photo.
