Talkin' bout a Revolution

Yoga outside has started up again in the Domaine across the road, so after a quick walk with Léo we were happy to go for that.

This week has been 2 yoga classes, 3 runs and 2 visits to the gym. Feeling a bit tired, but after a quick breakfast, it was non-stop work in the garden, painting, cleaning the tiles on patio and balcony, and then a swim in the lake before dinner, water garden  and walk with Léo

Have been reading about the after effects of votes in the UK, Think that things are maybe starting to change for the better....
